What are your delivery/shipping times?

We have several shipping locations around the world, including Italy, Hong Kong, Australia, and the US. We will ship your order from one of our 4 logistics facilities depending on where the product is originally sourced.

The delivery time varies depending on the product availability, lens selection and delivery option selected. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours.



Kindly note that we can still source items that aren’t currently in stock which usually takes around 5-11 working days before shipment. You may refer to the product page for confirmation.



Regular/Standard Delivery:

The delivery time usually takes 5-12 days, depending on your location. You may double-confirm this on the cart page.

Express Delivery:

Express delivery is available for selected products at an extra fee. If available, you will see the option during checkout with the shipping fee details and expected delivery time. 

Express delivery usually takes 2-4 working days. If there is no shipping option, you can get an express courier depending on your location.
